Are you a driven Production Technician who enjoys variety and continuous development? We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a flexible role with responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. You will work at both Garantell in Värnamo and Troax in Hillerstorp, with your primary location being Garantell.

 

As a Production Technician, you will be an important link between production, quality, maintenance, and project operations. You will work both operationally and strategically to develop and improve production flows, working methods, and technical solutions.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in investments and the implementation of new equipment and production methods.

• Create and update work instructions, process descriptions, and standards.

• Support production teams with technical issues and deviations..

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, purchasing, and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

 

• Experience from a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production engineering role.

 

• Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and continuous improvement practices.

 

•Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methodologies.

 

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

 

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

 

 

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with automation or robotics.

 

•Experience leading and managing smaller projects from concept to implementation.
