Who are we?

Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of the toolmaker team. Ö all by yourself! Because honestly it needs to be developed. And there you come in! And no, all by yourself does not mean you will work on an island. Bengt and Simon will create accurate drawings for you. And Daniel and little Simon (yeah we have two) can assist you with their learning-by-doing knowledge. Much to do in our ambitious universe!

We are building new production lines, whereby we construct our own machines. You will be not a cog in the machine. But the cog! You are responsible for making/cutting precision parts for our machines. Let it be clear you need to be more than a CNC operator. Using 3D-CAM software is no problem for you. You need to use precision instruments to check the tools dimensions and quality. Monitoring these tools and suggesting modifications and repairs if necessary comes natural to you. And you need not only to become BFF with the machine, but you need also be to kind towards fellow human beings. As you need to be able to train future colleagues and share your knowledge.
