Garantell is a family-owned company that creates and manufactures high-end wire mesh solutions. We believe in simplifying people's everyday lives. We are an award-winning company (winner of the Smart Industry Award 2018) and growing rapidly. We love to be trendsetters and digital systems are the heart of our DNA. And no, we are not flawless. We are self-critical, love to go outside our comfort zone and believe in trusting people. So you do not have to be perfect, but enthusiastic! In other words, do you want to be part of our journey and help Garantell become the market leader in Europe?
You have mainly two battle grounds: production and property. For the first the buzzwords are automation and streamlining. Within the latter the challenge will be to use our existing premises as efficient as possible. But on top of that you will be involved in planning and running future property extensions in order to facilitate our expansion. Needless to say that we need you to have an understanding and interest in technology and real estate issues. We are working in an innovative environment, where we see opportunities rather than problems. But no worries, we allow you to go flat on your face, as long as you stand up again. Trial and error lies in our DNA.
Freedom and responsibility are key concepts to us, so we work in self-leading teams. As technical project manager you will serve other team members by make sure that the team have best possible conditions to succeed with the different projects. This mean that you must both be interested in technology and people as well.
And yes sometimes we will need you to go faster than the speed of light. While not losing your eye for detail. And yes, you will need to prioritize. Are you up to that?
We speak Swedish, but as a wonderful multicultural company, you need also to be able to speak some English, but Svengelska will just do.
You have a few years of experience in project management and have previously worked in industrial automation, production efficiency and/or real estate matters. Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM and experience from Solid Works and Autocad would be just fabulous.
