We are looking just now for a Spanish speaking sales person for yes, the Spanish speaking market.

Self-leading team

Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of team South. Your team consists of Albert, Daddy, Marta, Sandra, PiPi, Sofia and Alice. They claim they are the best team of sailors - no this is no writing error- ever. But you can judge that yourself when meeting them. But I do warn you, they are kind of talkative, and you should not get upset by the amount of candy they can eat and the empty bags they leave behind.


Do you love the Spanish siesta? It is your lucky day! You can take your air mattress to the office. As we work in a flex system where you can adapt your working rhythm to a certain extent. We also work in a hybrid model, if you like to; you can work partly from home, maximum 2 days a week.


Much to do!

As said, your focus will be on Spain. You are based in Värnamo, Sweden. We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. Needless to say that we are aiming to increase our market share, so the art of convincing is like eating tapas to you: easy-peasy and you love it. We see sales as a unity, from first contact to delivery. So you also need to follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.



It would be great if you have experience in a B2B environment. It would be even greater within sales of a technical product. But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-commercial profiles a chance. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce you in the fabulous world of selling wire. At Garantell, we care about values such as 1+1=3, learning by listening, and the eternal pursuit of greater simplicity. .

But you need to believe in our sales philosophy. For us, sales is about trust, offering solutions not products, listening more than talking, building relationships and not being afraid to reach out. So we are looking for somebody whose personality fits with those values.


We hope that you are in for a challenge, as there is an extreme market potential just waiting for you. For the not so fast minds, the working language is Spanish. It would be a plus if you speak Swedish or English.
