In the role of a service technician, you and your colleagues will work on all types of machine maintenance. Our production lines are automated, and most machines are custom-built in-house. Therefore, you will have great opportunities, as well as challenges, to familiarize yourself with troubleshooting and continuously maintaining different types of machines.
Your main tasks will be:
⬜ Maintenance of machines.
⬜ Prepare and improve work together with your team and production manager,
⬜ Documentation in accordance with current requirements and regulations.
⬜ Train colleagues in basic operator maintenance.
⬜ Improve efficiency and report problems, incidents...
Maybe needless to say, but our machines must constantly be in operation—every minute of every day, seven days a week. You will work in a challenging environment where several machines form complex automation lines controlled by the overall production control system.
So, you need to be more than just a mechanic who solves problems. You also need to be an excellent mechanic able to prevent production stops. You will work during the day but be on standby according to a rotating schedule to ensure stable production.
You have a technical educational background as well as experience in industry and workshops. You are proficient with computers and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are thorough and structured, with a strong sense of quality. You are confident in making decisions independently. Since your interactions will span across the entire production, you need to have a communicative and pedagogical approach, and you are a social person who enjoys teamwork.
