The point I am making, what would we do without the French? Or to put it differently ‘La vie est trop courte pour boire du mauvais vin’. Would it not be lovely to be surrounded by the French on a daily basis? Enjoying their ‘joie de vivre’ and sometimes ‘crises de colère’? If you are now already waving your hands and saying yes…this is your lucky day. We are looking for a sales person selling wire mesh products. Needless to say, you need to speak French at native level, as it is the world’s most important language after all, n’est-ce pas?...
Garantell is a family owned business; we create and manufacture high-end wire mesh solutions. We believe in simplifying people’s everyday life. We are an award winning company (winner of the Smart Industry Award in 2018) and fast growing. And no, we are not flawless. We are self-critical, love to step out of our comfort zone and believe in trusting people. Therefore, you do not have to be perfect, but enthusiastic! In other words, do you want to be part of our journey to become market leader in Europe?
Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of team South. Your team consists of Albert, Marta, Sandra, PiPi and Alice. Ö just to be clear, PiPi is no part of the Löngstrump kinship, although it would have been a possibility. They are an ambitious and talkative team. And apart from developing sales strategies, with their spin doctor Josef, they debate on ‘what is a pancake?’, ‘Should we have Nutella at breakfast?’, and ‘where is Marta?’. Anyway when you meet them, you will not be disappointed, but surprised!
Your focus will be on the French speaking countries together with PiPi. You are based in Värnamo, Sweden. And we want you to travel to France on a regular basis. We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. We see sales as a unity, from first contact to delivery. So you also need to follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.
It would be great if you have experience in a B2B environment. It would be even greater if that expertise is within sales of a technical product. But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-commercial profiles a chance. But you need to believe in our sales philosophy. For us, sales is about trust, offering solutions not products, listening more than talking, building relationships and not being afraid to reach out. So we are looking for somebody whose personality fits with those values.
We work in a hybrid model, if you like to; you can work partly from home, maximum 2 days a week. French is the working language. But we need you to speak Swedish or English. And no, speaking French at native level is not enough to get recruited. And you should know that ‘moules frites’ is a Belgian specialty, not a French.
Allez, gros bisous et a bientôt!
The interviews are ongoing. If you have questions, please contact our Sales Manager Kristin Hallgard, Kristin.firstname.lastname@example.org or tel. +46 (0)370- 69 22 44.
To apply, send your cover letter and CV before the 21st of December in Swedish or English with the subject line French-speaking sales to our HR-manager Jenny-Ann Engstrand
