The point I am making, what would we do without the French? Or to put it differently ‘La vie est trop courte pour boire du mauvais vin’. Would it not be lovely to be surrounded by the French on a daily basis? Enjoying their ‘joie de vivre’ and sometimes ‘crises de colère’? Needless to say, you need to speak French at native level, as it is the world’s most important language after all, n’est-ce pas?...

Arriving in their office it is sometimes the equivalent of visiting a Souk (a Mediterranean marketplace). But although they are talkative, they are rather ambitious. They love to discuss sales strategies and master the art of developing excellent customer relations.
Apart their intellectual and emotional intelligence, they are dynamic: engaging in activities such as house sitting, afterwork sports and gin drinking (without alcohol, sorry to spoil the party) with their neighbors. . When you meet them in real person, you will not be disappointed but surprised!
Your focus will be on the French speaking countries together with Elin. And we want you to travel to France on a regular basis. We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. We see sales as a unity, from first contact to delivery. So you also need to follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.
It would be great if you have experience in a B2B environment. It would be even greater if that expertise is within sales of a technical product. But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-commercial profiles a chance. But you need to believe in our sales philosophy. For us, sales is about trust, offering solutions not products, listening more than talking, building relationships and not being afraid to reach out. So we are looking for somebody whose personality fits with those values.
We work in a hybrid model. You work from our office in Värnamo. If you like to; you can work partly from home, maximum 2 days a week. French is the working language. But we need you to speak Swedish or English. And no, speaking French at native level is not enough to get recruited. And you should know that ‘moules frites’ is a Belgian specialty, not a French.
