It does not matter if you go for Lionel or Adele. What does matter: yes, it is you, depending from which side you are coming. Glaswegian? Oxford? Or do you come by any chance from Down Under? The Canadian woods? From somewhere under the African skies? Or is your mummy called Hyacinth Bucket? What I am trying to say, is English your mother tongue? If yes, great! If not, stop reading!


So for the few souls left reading this, we are looking for a native English speaking sales person helping us to develop our market share in the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately, our product is less funny than us, so you need to be interested in technics. Machine guards, mesh decks and anti-collapse are serious business after all.

Who are we?

Garantell is a family owned business; we create and manufacture high-end wire mesh solutions. We believe in simplifying people’s everyday life. We are an award winning company (winner of the Smart Industry Award in 2018) and fast growing. And no, we are not flawless. We are self-critical, love to step out of our comfort zone and believe in trusting people. Therefore, you do not have to be perfect, but enthusiastic! In other words, do you want to be part of our journey to become market leader in Europe?

Self-leading team

Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of team North, consisting of Birte, Felix and Dino. They might be small in number, but great in achievements. They are already interested in football, handball and hunting, now the team will become four, you might take up a playing cards.

We work in a hybrid model, if you like to; you can work partly from home, maximum 2 days a week.


Much to do!

Your focus will be the English speaking market, mainly the UK and Ireland. The ambitions are high, we have plenty of tea and our customers are lovely, what more do you need? You are based in Värnamo, Sweden. But you need to be the travelling type. We expect you to visit customers every month. You should travel at least 10 times a year, so count on being away at least ten weeks a year. We can say: the more the better! Put your suitcase ready!


We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. So you need to be very outreaching. We see sales as a unity, from first contact to delivery. So you also need to follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.


It would be great if you have experience in a B2B environment. It would be even greater if that expertise is within sales of a technical product. But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-commercial profiles a chance. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce you in the fabulous world of selling wire. At Garantell, we care about values such as 1+1=3, learning by listening, and the eternal pursuit of greater simplicity.
