Self-leading team

Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You will be part of our Nordic team. To be honest this team is in full motion. Isak just came over from production, Laura is on her way and Robin now works in R&D. But the other teams are close by and Kristin is always willing to share her inner sales encyclopedia.


You will not spend that much time in the office. You focus your time on visits, both existing and new ones in the Nordics. And you need to believe in our sales philosophy for us, sales is about trust, offering solutions not products, listening more than talking, building relationships and not being afraid to reach out.


Much to do!

As said, your focus will be on the Nordics. You are based in Värnamo, Sweden, it is your traveling hub. We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. But when needed, you also follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.



In times of Corona you will be mainly having virtual meetings and having to phone a lot and later on there will be plenty of visits. The working language is Swedish and English. It would be a plus if you speak Norwegian, Danish or Finnish.
